The Space:
This rental is for the back house, which is 2,000 square feet, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Along with the backyard, this house is the newest addition to the property. It has 3 beds: a king in the master, a full in one room, and a child's twin with trundle in the other. Also included in the home are a LG steam washer and dryer. The house is set in the back of the property, surrounded by the tennis court, playground and pool. The converted garage separates the two houses. There is plenty of street parking and also a large driveway that can fit multiple cars.
For hosting events, we make the requirement of booking the whole property.
Guest access:
There are two full houses, 2 separate listings, that are for rent on the property, as well as a converted garage that houses the host. If both houses are being rented, the backyard common areas will be shared.
Other things to note:
Our space is unique due to its exponential size and all that it offers in our resort-like backyard. It's extremely private and the perfect place to stay for any event!
We welcome large groups:
- This listing is not for rent by itself on weekends unless it’s rented for more than 4 nights
- You need to rent our whole property (both our houses to host an event).
- We do charge extra for events. Please inquire!
- Please provide information about number of guest staying the night and the total amount of people staying at the property at any given time, these numbers need to be accurate.
- Early check-in and late check-out: $65/hr. Please inquire to make sure that can be arranged.

Before I can accept your booking I need you to please read carefully through our house rules and confirm that they will be honored.
The host lives on the property in a separate house from the listings and you will need to meet him in person at the check in to verify everything is accurate.
Not respecting our rules will result in a fine being taken from the security deposit. Worst case scenario we will force immediate evacuation with no refund so please make sure everything is accurate and there are no possible surprises during your stay.
